• Info Pillowflex warranties all product to be free from defect for 30 days from date of order
• If you have an item with a defect please email Pillowflex at info@pillowflex.com
• Please be prepared to supply photos of said defect
• Should Pillowflex at its sole discretion find the item contains a defect Pillowflex will replace your item free of charge
• Sizing issues with Pillowflex pillows in your shams is not considered a warranty issue
