Not like before05/14/2019 ByJennifer Amend I was a bit disappointed with this shipment of the 13 x 19 inch inserts. The cloth covering is very stiff and there doesn't appear to be as much filler. I sell crocheted pillows online and I rely on quality components. I really have to roll these inserts around to get them plumper. I have been purchasing bulk inserts from Pillowflex for over 4 years and have never had an issue until now. If Pillowflex has changed the cloth, I hope they change back to something softer. Occasionally when I need an odd pillow, I have ordered it from Amazon and have been unhappy as it was inadequately filled. I use my pillows for my machine embroidery designed pillows that I sell in some boutique stores.

Nice Quality05/14/2019 ByJennifer Amend I like the 12 x 24 inch washable inserts. They are well made and very sturdy. The cloth covering is soft to the touch. I only wish the stuffing were a bit more consistently filled. I usually have to roll the insert around a bit to distribute the poly fiber better since I use them for selling crocheted pillows online. I will buy again.

I make and sell decorator pillows featuring the following themes: cabin, native, western, and some "Ikea look" Pricing is OK but hate to pay $1.00 each in freight.

**Recent order has some noticeably flatter pillows. I sew little pillowcases out of the highest quality quilt shop fabric and sell them with Pillowflex pillows in festival craft booths. I plan to donate the flat pillows to a charity at the Mexican border. **If I need to order something else from you next time to get a puffier 12x16 pillow, please advise.
I would also appreciate if threads at the pillow corners were trimmed by you. I carry small scissors in my pocket at craft fairs and trim the threads before my customers buy them.
I order by phone and because of the outdoor festival with big rains year after year, I always ask for all pillows inside the cases to be plastic bagged 9, 9, 9 & 9. You’ve gotten it right one year. This recent order had the top and bottom pillows bagged and the middle pillows were loose. Please help me communicate my request better in the future.
