Exchanges

• Before making a return please consider an exchange
• Email info@pillowflex.com with you order number and let us know what size sham you have and we can help you select the correct size insert for that sham.  
• Sizing help can also be found at Selecting Correct Sizes
• If exchanging there is no need to return the incorrect pillow, simply pay the actual shipping cost to have the correct pillow shipped to you

Returns

• Customers must pay to have all returns shipped back to Pillowflex
• Dirty or Used pillows will not be refunded
• No refunds after 30 days

Wholesale Returns

• To avoid making a return please order samples
• All sales are final on special sizes
• 30% Restocking fee on all Returns, Shipping cost are non-refundable
• Returns must be returned with in 30 days of the day the order was placed
• You must contact us at info@pillowflex.com before you return your item
• You are responsible for shipping on return items.
